DISCOVERING A THOUSAND WONDERS OF ITALY!
From today the famous journalist Geronimo Stilton is the protagonist of a special volume dedicated to the beauties of our country, distributed to Italian Embassies, Consulates and Institutes of Culture and browsable on the “italiana” portal.
There is a new stratospheric treasure hunt dedicated to the beauties of Italy. The protagonist is Geronimo Stilton – the journalist most loved by children all over the world, born from an idea of Elisabetta Dami – who from May 26 will explore our country in a new 224-page book: “A Thousand Wonders. A Journey to discover Italy”. A special project of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in collaboration with the Italian National Commission for UNESCO, created by Edizioni Piemme-Mondadori Libri, with the aim of bringing girls and boys from all over the world closer to artistic and cultural wonders of Italy.
Accompanied by his entire family, in “A Thousand Wonders” Geronimo Stilton travels “the boot” to discover cities, villages, stories and landscapes. From Rome to Venice, from the Apennines to the Alps, the friendly reporter visits the most famous monuments and places (including many of the Italian sites included in the UNESCO World Heritage List) without forgetting the hidden jewels: lesser known treasures, specialties restaurants, places of scientific research, handicraft and industrial products. An adventure imagined as a real treasure hunt, full of games, curiosities and surprises.
