The Italian Embassy in Hanoi is pleased to invite you to the workshop “Road to Invisible Landscapes. A journey in infrared photography”, curated by Italian photographer Francesco Chiot, to be held on Thursday, 6 November at 5:30 p.m. at Casa Italia (18 Le Phung Hieu, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi).
This presentation will chronicle the artist’s two-decade journey in infrared photography. From initial inspirations to the current state of the art, the artist will guide the audience through the personal, artistic, and technical evolution of his practice. The artist will further elaborate on the photographic elements, techniques, composition, and post-production methods specifically developed and adopted for his work in infrared landscape photography.
The workshop will be followed by a convivial moment, with music and a tasting of Italian food and wine as part of the “Sentiero diVino” initiative, in collaboration with Viet-It Wines and Caffè Italia.
For organisational reasons, please confirm your participation in the workshop by Monday 3rd November 2025 by filling out the following form: https://forms.gle/ScvuPeQsVN9qr6Uv6
