23 March, 2023 marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Italy and Vietnam.
The logo was designed by Vu Hoang Yen Van, a student of the Department of Italian Language at USSH University in Ho Chi Minh City, winner of the contest for its creation.
In Hanoi, a reception was held at the Ambassador’s Residence at the presence of Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Thi Thu Hang and representatives of the Vietnamese authorities and the Italian and international community.
In Ho Chi Minh City, a ceremony was organized by the municipal authorities at the Opera House, with the attendance of the Chairman of the People’s Committee Phan Van Mai.

The President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, H.E. Mr. Vo Van Thuong, paid a State visit to Italy (26-28 July 2023) to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
