De Lucchi, to the idea of "creative city" promoted by UNESCO; from the challenges of urban growth, highlighted by the Arch. Ngo Viet Nam Son, to the Italian skills in the sector presented by the IUAV, AICS and the Polytechnic of Milan; up to the specific cases of the city of Hanoi and its development opportunities.
