Scholarships offered by the Italian Government to foreign students for the A.Y. 2026-2027 – Call for applications
The Embassy of Italy in Hanoi is glad to announce that the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation offers scholarships in favor of foreign students for the academic year 2026-2027.
The scholarships are worth 1,200€ per month and are offered to complete the following study, training and/or research programs at public or legally recognized private Italian institutions:
– Master’s Degree programs (Laurea Magistrale, 2nd cycle);
– Higher Education for Fine Arts, Music and Dance (AFAM) programs (1st and 2nd cycle);
– PhD programs;
– Research projects;
– Intensive Italian language and culture courses (“Italofonia” scholarships).

Applications must be submitted online upon registration on the Study in Italy portal by March 26th 2025, 8:00 PM (Hanoi time).

Call for Applications for the “Invest Your Talent in Italy” Scholarship Program for the 2026-2027 Academic Year
The call for applications for the “Invest Your Talent in Italy” scholarship program for the 2026-2027 Academic Year is now online. The program aims to promote the internationalization of the Italian academic system and foster synergies between universities and businesses. Therefore, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), and Uni-Italia are offering scholarships to students interested in pursuing a higher education program in Italy at state or legally recognized universities participating in the program (Master’s Degrees and Second-Level Master’s Degrees) in the following fields:
– Engineering and Advanced Technologies;
– Architecture and Design;
– Economics and Management.
The courses are complemented by a mandatory internship at an Italian company or trade association.
