The Embassy of Italy in Hanoi and the Vietnam Institute of Agriculture Engineering and Post-Harvest Technology (VIAEP) are pleased to introduce the market study on “Agricultural industry and mechanization in Vietnam”.
The study is carried out by the Italian Trade Agency and the Italian association of agricultural machinery producers (Federunacoma), in collaboration with ERAI Asia consulting company. The document provides an in-depth analysis on the current trends of agricultural mechanization sector in Vietnam and the potentialities of business cooperation between Vietnam and Italy.
The study will be presented to the public through a hybrid workshop, co-organized by VIAEP and the Embassy of Italy in Hanoi with the support of the Italian Trade Agency and Federunacoma. The workshop will take place on 15th January, 2024 at 14:30 (Hanoi time) at the premises of VIAEP (60 Trung Kính, Trung Hoà, Cầu Giấy, Hanoi).
The event will be opened by the Vice Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, H.E. Mr. Phung Duc Tien, and the Ambassador of Italy to Vietnam, H.E. Mr. Marco della Seta. After the opening remarks, the event will host a technical presentation of the study and a roundtable with business operators, experts and representatives of international organizations (FAO, UNIDO) active in the field of agricultural mechanization.
