The President of the Council of Ministers, Mario Draghi, had a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Pham Minh Chinh.
The conversation focused on the strengthening of the bilateral partnership, collaboration between Italy and ASEAN, EU-Vietnam relations and developments in the Indo-Pacific. The two leaders also discussed the major global challenges, with particular regard to COVID-19, the fight against climate change and the green transition.
