WHERE TO APPLY FOR A SCHENGEN VISA “TYPE C” AND FOR A NATIONAL VISA “TYPE D”
Applications for the Schengen “Type C” visa and national “Type D” visa can be submitted at the VFS Global – Italy Visa Application Center. Visa applicants should schedule an appointment with the VFS Global – Italy Application Centre through their website at https://visa.vfsglobal.com/vnm/en/ita and then submit their documents directly at the following VFS Global Center:

Prohibition of Intermediation
Applicants are strongly advised to beware of and report to the Embassy of Italy in Hanoi any intermediaries offering paid services to submit or facilitate visa applications.
Particular caution is advised regarding individuals claiming to have preferential channels for submitting visa applications.
The visa fee is the only cost permitted, in addition to the service fee charged by the VFS Global Visa Application Centre.
