The event is part of the <strong>\u201cFare Cinema\u201d<\/strong> festival, organized annually by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation with the aim of promoting Italian cinema abroad.<\/p>\n<p>Set in 1980s Sicily, the film tells the love story of Gianni and Nino (played by Samuele Segreto and Gabriele Pizzurro, respectively), two young men who must fight against prejudice and obstacles imposed by a society not yet ready to accept them.
