The IV Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World ended in Hanoi with “Piazza Italia” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GdDAJFn43nI) a great event of integrated promotion, that showcased cooking skills by “food strategist” Stefania Corrado, concerts by “a cappella” band “Mezzotono” and by jazz singer Simona de Rosa, live broadcast from Serie A football matches and menus prepared by Italian restaurants based in the Vietnamese capital.
Thousands of Vietnamese people could flavour the quality of Italian cuisine and the features of the Mediterranean diet in a party atmosphere open to families, companies and institutions.
The #HelpVenice campaign was promoted during this occasion as floods and water issues raise big interest in Vietnam, due to the exposure of both territories to the consequences of climate change.
